Filling a Void
When our son was diagnosed with celiac, it seemed overwhelming to learn all the information needed to live a healthy life and still have "favorite" foods. Luckily, we attended a monthly Celiac Sprue Association support meeting where Olivia's Oven provided samples of bread, cakes, cookies, and donut holes. Not only was the food tasty and gluten free, it also filled a dietary void. Since that day, we have used Olivia's Oven products for everyday needs (bread, buns, and muffins) as well as for special occasions and holidays (cakes, pies, and cookies). We now find it possible to once again eat at our favorite pizza restaurant, because Olivia's Oven supplies them with gluten free pizza crust. We sincerely appreciate Carreen's dedication to delicious gluten free products as well as her genuine caring about the people she serves.

Time-Saving Service
When our son, Max, was diagnosed with celiac disease I was horrified and overwhelmed at the thought of having to bake our own bread, pizza dough, desserts, etc. I honestly did not know how I was going to do it. Where in the world was I going to find the time while working a full time job, and who was going to teach me how to bake since I lack the "baking gene"? As fate would have it, just a few days after Max's diagnosis, the KC Star newspaper had a snippet about Olivia's Oven. They made gluten-free bread, brownies, cookies, etc. I couldn't dial the phone number fast enough! After talking with Carreen, one of the owners, I knew everything was going to be okay. She put my fears and anxiety to rest! We regularly order many of the goodies—sourdough bread, donut holes, pizza crust, cookies, cupcakes, and our birthday cakes! It is all, as the motto states, "deliciously gluten-free". Not only is the food delicious, I give their service 5 stars! Carreen is always cheerful and reliable. What a lifesaver Olivia's Oven has been for us!
